We are Carl Franklin and Carrie Brown. Carl lost weight and reversed Type 2 Diabetes by eating ketogenic. Carl started a <a href="http://2ketodudes.com" target="_blank">podcast</a> in February, 2016 with Richard Morris (the other original dude who also lost weight and reversed T2DM) to document Carl's journey. The podcast took off and the dudes started a <a href="http://forum.2keto.com" target="_blank">forum</a> as a silo for all things ketogenic. In January 2019, Carrie Brown joined the podcast so Richard could focus on his biochemistry work. Carrie is the previous co-host of the Ketovangelist Kitchen podcast. She had previously reversed bipolar 2 disorder and depression and got herself off all medications using a ketogenic diet and supplementation.
